Avox is the brand. Earbuds, smartwatches, headphones, chargers and the rest of the modern carry kit — every product carries our name and our QC stamp.
Avox is owned and operated by Yousaf Traders (YT), a Pakistani business that has been importing and distributing consumer electronics for years. We launched the Avox brand to bring genuinely-tested products direct to customers — no re-labelled grey-market stock, no fake "discount" pricing games, no walk-in price haggling.
Our business policy
Avox runs on Islamic business principles. That means:
- No deception. We sell exactly what we describe — original, sealed, photographed honestly.
- Fair pricing. One price for everyone — we do not inflate prices to fake-discount them later.
- Refund on issue. If our product has any issue we will return your full amount — no excuses, no fine print, no "policy" arguments.
- 7-day check warranty. If a unit develops a fault within 7 days, we replace it.
- A real human picks up. Phone, WhatsApp, email — between 10am and 9pm.
