- Order info: shipping address, contact details, order history.
- Payment info: for bank transfers we store your transaction reference; we never store card details ourselves.
- Usage info: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
2. Why we collect it
To process and ship your orders, to call you back about a problem, and to improve the store. We do not sell your data — full stop.
3. Who sees it
Only our team and the courier we hand your parcel to. We share the minimum needed (name, phone, address) with the courier.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax laws. You can ask us to delete other personal data at any time.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal data. Email info@avox.pk and we'll act within 7 business days.
