By placing an order on Avox you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they exist to protect both you and us.

1. Orders

An order is only confirmed after our team calls or messages you to verify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that looks fraudulent, incomplete, or outside our service area.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional handling fee shown at checkout. Prices can change without notice but a confirmed order is locked at the price shown at the time of order.

3. Stock

If an item goes out of stock between order placement and dispatch we'll contact you for either a refund or a replacement of equal value.

4. Delivery

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) and 2–5 days for other locations across Pakistan.

5. Limitation of liability

Avox is liable for the value of the products you've paid us for. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed deadlines or lost data.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be heard in Lahore courts.
