7-day check warranty
Every product comes with a 7-day check warranty starting the day you receive it. If the unit is defective, dead-on-arrival, or doesn't match the description, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement.
Refusing at delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders you can refuse the parcel at the door if it's clearly damaged or wrong. The rider takes it back, no charges, no questions.
How to start a return
- WhatsApp or call 0324 6616161 within 7 days of delivery.
- Send a short video of the issue if possible.
- Our team confirms the return and schedules a pickup or asks you to ship it back via TCS.
What's eligible
- Manufacturer defects.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Item damaged in transit.
What's not eligible
- Physical damage caused by misuse.
- Software or content issues that aren't hardware faults.
- Items returned without the original box and accessories.
Refund timeline
Once a return is approved, refunds for bank-transfer orders go back to the same account within 3–5 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or replacement, your choice.
